With three linked data-centers available, options are provided for the highest levels of availability and reliability. For our customers, we monitor servers, applications and user-pools. Solid back-up procedures and flexible restore- and maintenance services are maintained. For SaaS or Cloud solutions, we provide an all-inclusive, no-worries service.
Many of the hosted solutions we maintain are custom-configured. But most of them use one of the following standard implementations:
For hosting a general-purpose website based on DataFlex Content Manager, a rate of € 20 is charged per month. Services include the use of DataFlex Content Manager, backup(*) of the complete workspace environment, and regular server maintenance. A mailbox with a maximum of 50MB (total) and 5 e-mail accounts(**) are included, a onetime setup fee of € 150 applies. Extended, tailor-made versions of DataFlex Content Manager can be hosted under our “DataFlex Cloud” conditions.
*Up to a maximum of 10GB backup space included.
**It is prohibited to send bulk/mass email.
To get exclusive access to a fully configured web server including WebApp Server(*), the monthly rate is starting at € 197,65. Services include the backup(**) of the complete server. A onetime setup fee of € 150 applies.
Special configurations for “hi-availability” features like mirroring, load-balancing or other fault-tolerance can be offered in a special arrangement. Be aware that different fees will apply.
* Prices are for a DataFlex WebApp Server with 1 App, using the embedded DataFlex database or SQl Server Express.
**Up to a maximum of 75GB backup space included.
To get exclusive access to a fully configured web server including WebApp Server(*), the monthly rate is € 425. Services include the backup(**) of the complete server. A onetime setup fee of € 350 applies. An agreement for the minimum term of 18 months applies. Special configurations for hi-availability features like mirroring, load-balancing or other fault-tolerance can only be offered in a special arrangement, for which other fees apply.

** Up to a maximum of 100GB backup space included.
To place your own, fully configured web-server on-line in our server farm, a rate of € 197,65 is charged per rack unit per month. Full secure ftp access is provided. Services include the backup(*) of the complete workspace environment. Setup fees are based on an hourly rate of € 90. This rate for setup may include the setup and configuration of a complete WebApp Server based on a Windows IIS Server.
*Up to a maximum of 100GB backup space included.
