DataFlex 2019/19.1 Released!

The latest DataFlex continues our quest to deliver high-productivity, framework-based development complimented with the openness and flexibility that lets developers design and implement applications their way. Version 19.1 includes exciting features and enhancements applicable to mobile, web and Windows business solutions.

The new capabilities of DataFlex 2019/19.1 touch every area of the product; from the installation experience to application design, from framework and SQL connectivity enhancements, and a new, low-level class for implementing custom HTTP services such as REST, to more streamlined and flexible application deployment and scalability!

  • DataFlex web and mobile applications can now include history management and meaningful URLs, expandable lists, horizontal grid scrolling and an exciting new Material Design theme!
  • Windows applications benefit from new DPI improvements, increased UI consistency, embedded manifest files and more control over form heights.
  • New and existing application DataFlex projects will benefit from the language and code cleanup and expanded compiler warning system.
