It might be useful to compare the computer settings of the user with the system settings. For example the language settings or the time settings. This way you can prevent mismatches in your application!

Besides the locale settings you can also check:

• CodePage - the active OEM, ANSI, EBCDIC active codepages. Useful when you are working with an non-unicode database such as the DataFlex embedded database or a non-unicode application such as DataFlex 19.x
• System Info - the processor information
